AnyDVD and corrupt DVD Structure?

Hi, when I try to backup a dvd using parallels and AnnyDVD on my macbook, it always trys to correct the dvd structure.

Is there any solution? Or any possibility to get a backup under windows using Parallels?

And a general question: When do you think that a burning support for inbuild dvd writer will come out?
