For the life of me I cannot get the colemak layout working in both windows and the Mac at the same time under parallels 14. The Mac always switches back to the us layout. I've read all the KB articles, but with the latest update to win10, things have changed in windows and it doesn't function as described.
@Jeff7, please try to disable the keyboard layout sync between Mac and Win. Please provide us with any results.
