Anyone using Microsoft Virtual Desktop Manager in Parallels?

I cannot get Excel to work properly.

When I open a document it is fine but if I switch focus to another desktop and come back all the menus have gone?

Normal, Microsoft Virtual Dekstop Manager is a pile of sh1t on any system, vm or not.

It fundamentaly doesn't work correctly...it has a myriad of bugs and inconveniences (for example dualog boxes for some application ALWAYS open on the orignial desktop).

As I am beginning to see.

I have noticed that if I switch off Shared Desktops then I get the problem I posted above, if I turn Shared Desktops off it works fine.

Does anyone know a Virtue or similar for XP?
