Anyway to NOT lose all my installed files?

    I opened up Parallels and it is asking me to reinstall Windows! Help.

    Is there any way I can fix some file in order not to have to do this. I have a large amount of data on the PC side of my Mac and the thought of having to reinstall all that really is upsetting.

    Any ideas?
