When I launch a Windows app from Mac OS (using the aliases in Finder folder "Windows Applications"), they are launched in Parallels, but not given focus.
One thing I love about the aliases in the Finder folder "Windows Applications" is that it's accessible from Quicksilver. Meaning I can use my keyboard to launch both Mac OS apps and Windows apps. However, with this focus behavior, I have to launch the app, and then click into it for it to take focus. This includes when I using Quicksilver to launch a Windows app with the Parallels window in Mac OS has focus.
EDIT: Strange. This appears to be working as expected now. It appears it may be intermittent.
