Apple Silicon to Intel gateway/API

I would very much appreciate the ability to run Intel-based macOS versions (Sierra) using Parallels to limit the number of Macs in our offices. There is little point in offering to install more recent macOS versions. Speed is not really an issue, as the software we still use is rather light. But we do need 32-bit support.
