That's all. using archiver then unarchiver, Japanese name files are garbled. adding to that, it archives .DS_Store file, etc that often embarrassed pure Windows users.
Yes. When unarchive is done file name or folder name with Chinese Kanji messed up. It's really annoying. And Archiver compress files both archived .DS_Store file always makes a ZIP file larger. If Archiver tools can ignore these system-dependent, hidden files will be better.
