Ask before starting Windows...

I have some Windows programs that are always in my Mac dock. There are times that I accidentally click on one went Windows is not running and then it has to go through the whole process of starting Windows just to have to shut it down again. What I would like to see is, that if you click on one of these icons when Windows is not running, is to get an alert message that would say "Windows is not currently running, Are you sure you want to start Windows?" with a yes or no response button. It is more of an issue if I have Windows 8 already running and then it has to start Windows 10 on top of it, this can really bring your computer to a stand still running two versions at the same time. Again, just a suggestion.
