Assistance Required with License Activation for New Mac

Previously I purchased a license for Parallels Desktop 14 and later upgraded to version 17. I'm currently in the process of transitioning to a new computer and will no longer be using the old one. However, when I attempt to activate Parallels Desktop 17 on my new computer using my existing 2 activation keys, I encounter an error message-'the previous activation key has not been accepted by the license server.'
Could you please provide guidance on how to transfer my license to the new computer? Thank you.

I am running into the same issue. I had an Intel MAC and now running a M1 MAC and I can't seem to apply my license form my old MAC. I don't see a way in the old PC Parallels to unregister the key so I would assume once I register it on my new MAC it will unregistered on my old MAC.

I have a case open but no responses yet: 4467344
