Attempting to Renew Expired Subscription

    Hello - When I open the parallels app, I get a pop-up window that reminds me my subscription has expired. I click on the renew button, which opens my account on the parallels website. I review my payment options, which takes me to yet another page (after having to click on a link in an email), and confirm my payment method is correct and up-to-date. I then click on the pay & renew button. I receive the following message:

    "Your request to renew a subscription will be processed shortly, provided you've entered a valid payment method. A request is usually processed within 1 hour but may take longer in some cases. If you chose PayPal or wire transfer, make sure to complete the transaction.
    Your subscription will be updated automatically as soon as we receive a notification from our payment provider."


    It has now been 18+ hours since my first attempt. I have not received any communication from parallels. When I open the app I am greeted with a message reminding me that my subscription has expired. I have re-entered my payment information on the parallels website and attempted to renew multiple times.

    What do I need to do to renew my subscription?
