Authentication error has occured for HTML5

Hi , I have published a new application and getting an auth error whenever I try to launch it. An Authentication error has occured. Can you anyone help ?

Can you please specify the browser and OS that you are using?
Are you using a domain user or a local user to login?
It would also be helpful if you can provide a screenshot of the error message or the full error message along with any error codes.
 
Hi JPC.
I am using Google Chrome, Using a domain user account to login to the RASgateway . I cant get the error now but I get a pop up that says An authentication error has occured 000000000Xf

Could you please double check the error code? The error code could be helpful to know why the authentication is failing.
Also, are you using a Windows OS? If yes, I suspect that if you try to use the "Parallels Client for Windows" (it may be already installed) you would get a similar error code.
