Auto Lid Boot and Keyboard Boot On/Off Option

Hi,

1: The newer model macbook's automatically turn on when you open the lid, which can be frustrating if you are trying to clean your keyboard or if you just don't want it to turn on.

2: If you turn on macbook, then shutdown but leave lid open, if you press any key on keyboard it starts it up again. Frustrating if trying to clean etc..
