I just installed Windows XP and configured the Administrator account. Then I created a new account and want that to be the default, but the VM keeps autologging me in as Administrator. Both accounts have passwords, and the 'Use the Welcome screen' box is checked on the logon and log off features. This is the 18th VM I have created to date, but this is the first time this has happened. Also, it is the first time I used the Parallels assistant to install Windows.
    Ideas? Solutions?

    EDIT:
I did a custom install, and everything worked out fine. But it still took a lot longer, and I lost what I had done. It would be nice to not have to redo 7 other machines.....Anyone?

    EDIT 2:
McAfee refuses to update its antivirus whenever I use the express install assistant. The custom install fixes the issue.

The way to change who is automatically logged in at startup is configured by issuing:

    control userpasswords2

at either the command line or from the run box on the start menu.

How does one choose to automatically log on without having to click user name?
