AutoCad on Parallels (iMac)

Hello,
I just got an iMac and installed Parallels, then installed Windows 7 (64-bit). My iMac has a 3.2 GHz Intel Core i3 processor, and a memory of 4 GB. I tried to install AutoCad, but i kept getting an error message saying "could not install on current operating system". Does anyone know why that's happening?
Also, my AutoCad version is 32-bit, i'm kind of a noob but is that why it wont work? Do i need to install a 32-bit Windows?

AutoCAD comes in two flavors, 32 and 64 bit. You need to install the same flavor as your operating system. And good luck with your cursor.
