Automatic network configuration for Windows VM

I have the use case, that I would like to have an automatic network configuration of my VM on a Mac.
If my Mac is connected to an ethernet connection, the VM should automatically switch to the Ethernet connection.
If my Mac is not connected to an ethernet connection, the VM should automatically switch to the WiFi connection.

Use case:
I carry around my laptop. In my office I connect my VMs on the Mac via ethernet.
VM 1 is connected to a corporate network.
VM 2 is connected to a public network.
Once I reconnect the ethernet connection, it would be helpful if the HW config would switch automatically back to WiFi connection or shared connection.
