    Please reply to my post earlier in this thread with confirmation of my cancellation. This person's post basically mirrored mine from Tuesday.
    Hello,
    I received an email that my subscription was going to auto renew, reference #S46915124.
    I do not wish to renew, and the link in the email provides no way to cancel the subscription, only to update payment info.
    When I log in I do not see any active product subscriptions.
    Please help me cancel my subscription.

    Hi,
    I bought a student licence Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year) last year and haven't been using it for a while. I was charged for an automatic renewal. I did not relliaze this would happend without any warning. I would like to kindly ask if it would be possible to cancel the subscription and get a refund? I have contacted support with this issue but got no aswer. My reference number is #494580889.

    Hello Parallels Team, I would like to request a refund for the auto-renew purchase in my account. I won't need the product this year and didn't mean to renew it, I wasn't aware of the auto-renew date. I had a good experience last year, but for this yea,r I would like to request a refund kindly. thanks

    I accidentally bought the upgrade for the MAC standard edition when I meant to purchase the full edition, not just the upgrade. I need a complete refund so I can purchase the right product. What do I do to get that refund ?????????

    Hello,

    I recently saw an auto-renewal charge come through my credit card (Reference #493355787) and after checking email, noticed that it was an auto-renewal for Parallels. I have not used this product for several years and no longer regularly use a Mac as a part of my daily workflow.

    I initiated a customer support ticket to request a refund of the most recent charge and cancellation of my account but they have been unwilling or unable to assist or escalate me to another person. Instead of a cancelation + refund, they have kept my account active and added 3 additional months. I'm unsure of the best way to move forward at this point.

    Are you able to assist? Parallels is a fantastic product but I haven't used it in years and barely log into a Mac at all any more.

    Hi! I would like to request a refund for auto-renewed subscription. I had intended to cancel the renewal before it was processed, but unfortunately, I missed the deadline. I no longer have a use for the software, and it was renewed unexpectedly. As a customer who previously enjoyed using your product, I hope you can consider a refund as a gesture of goodwill.     @Adarsh Jeetun I was recently charged a renewal for Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year), I purchased this years ago and thought that it was (1 Year) I had no idea it was charging me without any warning this entire time until now. I know this is a great tool for people but it took too much space on my apple operating system and had no use for it. I kindly ask if you would be nice enough to issue me a refund for my recent charge and cancel this so I am not charged in the future.

    Hello Parallels team, in 2019 I used a free trial for Parallels Desktop MacBook Standard Edition, I did not want the full product and cancelled auto renewal. I have now noticed on my bank statements that I have been being auto renewed for this and another product for the entire time since and I would like some degree of a refund as I do not even own an Apple computer anymore and haven't for years, nor did I ever agree to the purchases.

    This means you will enjoy Parallels Desktop for 15 months instead of the standard 12-month period. Otherwise, we can help you to disable the subscription to prevent future charges.
