Never worked, but in PD 5.0 holding down 'Shift' key, to temporarily disable auto play, doesn't work .. When a disc is inserted with Autorun.inf file on, it always executes, regardless, ignore the keyboard press. I know you can manually assign keys in the Preferences, to work with mac keyboard keys, and visa vera. But it i disconnect drive from VM (drive icon on bottom of PD), then re-connect while holding down 'Shift", indeed it seems to work.. Just not when VM has access as the media in inserted.
