Backslash on UK keyboard

Hi,

I am having real problems in that I cannot find the backlash key on my MacBookPro keyboard. Everytime I type \ i actually get a different character instead. Is this because it is a UK keyboard rather than an American one?

I end up having to copy and paste one out of Windows Explorer window, which is a real pain.

Hi.

Setting the language in Windows to United States seems to solve the problem. Unfortunately, on my machine it keeps on setting it back to the UK.

You can use the ~ key (one right to the shift key) to get a backslash.
