Hi... To get a good backup of Parallels and its virtual machines is it necessary to stop the virtual machine or can it be started (but not being used during the backups), or is it OK to just have the vm suspended?
Well, as long as you have the accompanying files when you back up the suspended boot camp things should be fine. The best way is to back-up a shut down virtual machine though.
