Beta 3 - Can't install MS Office Pro 2003 in WinXP SP2 VM?

Has anyone else successfully installed MS Office Pro 2003 on a WinXP SP2 VM? This is the first problem I've had getting software to install. I've tried installing directly from the CD, as well as copying the CD to the VM image. In both cases, the install let's me select components to install. But when I click the install button, the installer crashes within windows.

The same CD works find on my Dell Laptop with the same XP setup.

And in case it matters, I'm installing off an MSDN CD.

Yes, I have it successfully installed under Beta 3

Installed WinXP SP2 First
Applied All Patches/Updates Without MS Office Pro 2003 First
Installed from Network Attached Drive under Win XP
Did not use the MSDN CD version / Used Standard / Licensed Version
Worked without incident and I took the defaults during load

I had no issue, but I installed from cd for XPsp2, Office 2003, Visio 2003, and Project.

I had no problem installing Office from the MSDN CD.

I used the download .iso file from MSDN and had no trouble with the Office installation.
