Beta 3036: "hal.dll missing"

Yes, i've done a search. No, I didn't find any answers.

I'm booting into my Bootcamp WinXP Parallels Configuration profile when I get the error message "<Windows root>\system32\hal.dll is corrupt or missing"

I've replaced it with a fresh copy of the same file from another WinXP system with the original dll, rebooted, and tried accessing the Parallels Configuration profile again, to no avail.

Any thoughts? I've been pleased with Parallels so far, and am keen to get this latest build going to try Coherence mode.

Had you done a search on hal.dll you would find volumes of information on how to fix this problem.
