beta6: cannot view USB flash

When I plug in my USB flash, I get a pop-up window that says:

Hi-Speed USB Device Attached to non-HI Speed Hub.
The USB Mass Storage Device will function at reduced speed. you must add a Hi-Speed USB host controller to this computer to obtain maximum peformance.

- Where can I obtain such a controller? Or how to get the VM to recgnize that my USB ports are high speed?


- Regardless, I cannot see the drive icon in My Computer. It does not show up.

I have similiar results when plugging my SanDisk Cruzer into the USB port of my MacBook Pro - I've never been able to use it within Parallels yet, looking very forward to the day I'll be able to!
