Big Windows Fields

Hello,

I changed some Settings in my VM but I don't know which one I changed.
The Problem is that some fields in My Win 7 Machine are very Big
When I start VisualStudio and create a WinForm Gui, The Buttons there are very Small and I have to drag them to the normal size...


Some ideas Why?
