Hi. I tried to shut down Windows but Windows would not close down. So I shut down the VM. I then tried to re-start Windows an hour later and got a black screen - nothing. I then restored the last VM state that I had used yesterday by copying the HDD file over from my backup drive. Same issue. I then upgrade my Parallels Desktop version 3 to the latest build. Same issue. Any suggestions?
