Blackberry issues

Hi,

I'm having problems getting virtual windows to recognise my blackberry. Intially I was getting errors saying that the device was being used by another application. I updated parallel desktop as this was recommended for fixing this issue. Now when I connect the blackberry it picks it up as a usb device but I cannot see it in blackberry desktop manager and when I disconnect the blackberry windows freezes and I have to shut it down. Any ideas? I've seen from searching the forums that other users have problems connecting blackberry devices too.

Hello,

unfortunately Blackberry devices are not supported in the current Version of our product at all. But our developers are working hard to change this situation in future versions.
