blackberry outlook google calendar sync work around

Wayne--I clicked on your link but don't understand what you are referring to when I get there. Just a statement that something will work. Thanks in advance for a clarification.

this link is a work around of options of since, it's seems that 95 % of post I read can't sync their blackberry using parallels and ms outlook, including me. If you know of a way to fix it let me know.

I have a macbook, blackberry 8703e and a pearl and neither will sync with outlook with parallels using windows xp sp2 or can I install or see the applications
