Blackberry syncs in 3170! Crashes desktop app!

Keep going! Almost there!

If you mark automatically sync when BB connected in sync options, everything works fine.

When you sync on demand (auto sync unchecked) the desktop app hangs.

Anybody see the same thing?

My Palm Tungsten T3 responds the same way. I need Parallels Desktop to syncronize with my Palm with the autosync unchecked because with it checked Parallels takes over all my USB ports, even when Parallels is not the active application.

Application Loader hangs

The BB Pearl connects fine, but as soon as I try to run the Application loader it hangs on the first screen. Then the BB Manger crashes and I have to restart the VM in order to try again.

No luck, though.

I might be missing something in your posts, but it is possible to sync Blackberry in OS X.

I use a piece of Software called Pocket Mac.............

No need to use Parallels or Windows on the Mac to do this.

Yes but Pocket Mac doesnt sync public folders, so some of us have to have it.

BB Sync Issue

I too am having an issue where Parallels will recognize the BB and also the BDM will recognize it. However as soon as you try to do anything, app loader or sync, it hangs.
