Blank Windows Screens in Parallels 11.1.3

Another Parallels update has hosed my Mac once again. I installed 11.1.3 and every dialog box and window in Win 10 is blank. And those that do load, show only a few words or letters. Obviously, I can't use it.

How can I fix this? I swear this is the third update I've installed and all have hosed my Windows 10.

Hello DennisD1, We suggest you to check the following information on your Windows Virtual Machine's configuration :
1. Go to 'Hardware'>'CPU and memory' and check if you have allotted enough memory(RAM) to the Virtual Machine. The minimum requirement for Windows 10 32-bit is 1 GB and Windows 10 64-bit is 2 GB.
2. Also set the 'Hardware'>'Video' memory to a higher value in the recommended range.
3. Start the Virtual Machine and reinstall Parallels tools, Actions->Reinstall Parallels tools.
4. Restart the Windows 10 Virtual Machine.
5. If the issue still persists, try changing the 'Resolution' option under 'Hardware'>'Video'.
