Blue screen reboot during install.

I just purchased Parallels Desktop 4.0 Upgrade today. During the install (approx. 75%). My windows 7 64 bit blue screens and reboots. Every reboot after blue screens also. The only way I can fix it is with Windows system restore. I'm looking for any help I can get. Ideas...where to start?
