Bluetooth control panel?

I've got the Apple drivers for XP installed, and under Parallels' Devices/USB I see and have selected Apple-Composite (although I could have sworn I saw Apple-Wireless at one point - maybe that no longer appearing might be part of my problem).

Anyway, I see no Bluetooth Neighborhood (or whatever it's called now) nor do I see a Bluetooth Control Panel, so I can't configure the built-in BT module in my MacBook.

I've seen a few posts here and there that kinda skirt this issue, and more than a few questions mentioning this problem with no solution. Any help will be appreciated.

I got my Bluetooth to work on my iMac after first activating "Apple-wireless" under devices/USB. The Bluetooth icon appears on the bottom right of the taskbar and a "Connect to" submenu with a "Bluetooth Network Connection" sub-submenu appears on the Start menu
