I asked two more questions earlier that weren't answered but I guess I'll ask this anyway. Whenever I try to connect my Switch pro controller to Windows, I click Add Bluetooth or other device, then Bluetooth, and then the error message pops up. It reads "couldn't connect. here are some things to try: on this windows device, turn on Bluetooth or if this device supports Bluetooth, but you can't turn it on, try to update your driver through Windows Update in settings." What do I do? As a side note, it's quite disappointing to not hear back, even though I've asked twice and paid for the software.
