I have a problem where the bluetooth mic volume in Windows 11 is very low.
Around 14% at normal speaking volume. It used to be around 60% and the low volume impairs the functionality of my voice to text.
Mic volume is fine on the Mac end.
Internal mic volume is the same on both host and guest.
I have reinstalled parallels tools and given permissions as described in guides.
Reinstalling does not show Parallels Audio controller in Win Device manager, not sure if that is relevant for Win 11 ARM.
Volume mixer is max in Win. Sound - Input Volume is max in macOS.
How do I increase the mic volume in Windows?
    It worked fine for months.
M1 MacBook Air. macOS 11.4. Win 11 ARM. Parallels 17. AirPods Pro.
    Thanks

Still no response on this other than "next monday".
I have a fresh install of win10 ARM with the same issue.
The low mic volume in host issue is replicated with other bluetooth earphone/mic combo devices.
    USB mic works just fine.
Does anyone have any idea what is going one?

  3. Hello,
did you test the same issue with the latest Parallels Desktop version 17.0.1?

    No.
Can you tell me if this forces upgrade to windows 11?

Still no fix for this issue.

  6. Could you collect the technical report once the issue reproduced and post the report's ID here please?

Numerous technical reports have been sent. It is not something I should have to do more than once.
I don't believe there is any effort to solve the problem, my last message was a warning to anyone thinking of purchasing this software for a solution that might require this functionality.
Should anyone want to solve the issue there are already 4 or 5 technical reports sent.
I'm not wasting any more time repeating that charade.
