Boot Camp and Parallels problems

I'm receiving errors when I try to link Parallels to my NTFS boot camp installation:

Code: 
Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem. Could not read from the selected boot disk. Check boot path and disk hardware. Please check the Windows documentation about hardware disk configuration and your hardware reference manuals for additional information.

This is XP SP2 Corporate, and was deployed by Altiris. It works fine in boot camp.

Adding additional profiles to the boot.ini sector allows me to choose a disk, but no partitions work. The boot.ini is as follows:

There are no external drives, and this is an iMac, so no additional internal either. Boot Camp resides on another partition on the internal drive of the iMac.

Same issue

I'm having the exact same issue. I have Windows Server 2003 X64 installed via bootcamp on the same 500 gb HDD that Leopard is running on, partitioned 50% Leopard 50% Server 03. Bootcamp will boot into Server 2003 just fine, however Parallels will not boot into Server and gives me the same error as the posted above noted.

I am running Parallels v 3.0 and followed the Parallels/bootcamp instructions verbatim from the manual.

So what do we do?

Reinstall with 64 bit? (I didn't see that option in my install sequence)
Run a soon to be released beta version of parallels?
