I have Boot Camp installed and when running natively it behaves like any other PC with w
Windows. Everything works, USB, Palm hot synching, games, etc.

I have Parallels VM installed and when running Windows, USB palm hot synching does not work, many games do not work, but basic operations such as internet, word processing, graphics, etc work.

When I boot Boot Camp in the Parallels VM environment, Windows behaves like it does in the normal Parallels VM. Palm Hot synch, games etc do not work.

My question has to do with Windows activation. Which environment do I activate in, the Parallels VM environment with its copy of Windows, or in the Paralles Boot Camp VM environment?

Once activated, will I be able to use Boot Camp Native on my Mac without, obviously, having Parallels running.

I still kind of need both, Boot Camp Native for USB support, and Parallels VM just for the convenience of it being handy.
