Many of us would rather have our Boot Camp set up on an external SSD, particularly on new Apple computers, which only have solid state internal drives. Unfortunately, Parallels will not recognize these external Boot Camp set-ups, and I think it is time for it to do so. Boot Camp installations can take up a lot of space, and many people will find their computers don't have enough internal storage for their requirements, but a cheapish external SSD is a simple answer.
