Boot Camp partition not unmounting?

With PD3, the BC partition would always unmount at Windows boot, asking for a password before it would do so. With PD4, the BC partition seems to dismount for a moment, and then remount. Is this normal? I have "Share all Windows disks with Mac OS X" turned off.

for the rest of us, boot camp does not work at all, I suppose.
Actually, I do see the same thing. But after a moment, parallels stops saying that it can not access the disk (which, from the beforementioned observation, seems to be not entirely true).
