    Hey,

Every time I shut down the Boot Camp install in Parallels I get the following error:

Every time I do I always get the same error. I keep chosing "Turn Off" from the start menu, is that not correct?

Also, I activated in Parallels, but now when I go back to BootCamp it's asking me to activate again?

My Boot Camp parition is on the third section of a 2nd internal drive.

    Thanks for any insight.

    Neil

    Please explain your attention on

It should solve your conflict with Boot Camp.
Activation is well-known problem, it appear because of Parallels emulate different software from real in Boot Camp. You should call Microsoft and explain, that you use Windows on the same computer.

thanks, but I had read that. the mount command reads this for me:

    Code:
    nepro:~ neps$ mount
    /dev/disk3 on / (local, journaled)
    devfs on /dev (local)
    fdesc on /dev (union)
    <volfs> on /.vol
    /dev/disk0s3 on /Volumes/Weepel (local, journaled)
    /dev/disk4s1 on /Volumes/OS (local, journaled)
    /dev/disk4s2 on /Volumes/Video (local, journaled)
automount -nsl [253] on /Network (automounted)
automount -fstab [257] on /automount/Servers (automounted)
automount -static [257] on /automount/static (automounted)
    /dev/disk4s3 on /Volumes/Untitled (local, read-only)

and the pvs file has this, which I added the
    Code:
    [IDE devices]
    Disk 0:0 enabled = 1
    Disk 0:0 = 1
    Disk 0:0 media = 1
    Disk 0:0 connected = 1
    Disk 0:0 image = Boot Camp,disk4s3
    Disk 0:0 cylinders = 0
    Disk 0:0 heads = 0
    Disk 0:0 sectors = 0
    Disk 0:1 enabled = 1
    Disk 0:1 = 2
    Disk 0:1 media = 1
    Disk 0:1 connected = 1
    Disk 0:1 image = Default CD/DVD-ROM
    Disk 1:0 enabled = 0
    Disk 1:0 = 0
    Disk 1:1 enabled = 0
    Disk 1:1 = 0
    [Floppy disks]
I had installed XP via boot camp and activated it through boot camp, before installing parallels. SInce installing Parallels, I already spoke to Microsoft's tech and had them walk me through another activiation.

    Your beta page states that:

I've done that (activated in Parallels) and this statement you have here is false.
