    Hello,

I've created a windows xp vm on my macbook pro recently and went throught the long process of installing programs, updating software, etc only to realize that some things (ie higher end graphics) are not supported and only work in boot camp.

So I was wondering, is it possible to create a boot camp partition out of the vm I already have?

If not, is there any way I can avoid having to reinstall everything again?

and is it even possible to reinstall windows xp on boot camp if I've already registered it on the vm?

Thanks, any help would be appreciated.

My *guess* is no. I think you have to start over.

You may have to call MS Support to get a new activation code for your copy of WinXP.

Once you've done all that you should then be able to install Parallels using the Bootcamp VM.
