Bootcamp and startup applications

Hi, how can I select which applications start in Bootcamp and which start in Parallels environment (of the same Bootcamp partition)?
For example like the Bootcamp Control Panel that runs in Bootcamp, but not in Parallels environment.

Hi Robert,
Click Start on Windows > Type " msconfig.exe " > Open msconfig > Click Start up to choose start up applications on Windows and let us know how it goes.
