Bootcamp drivers for winXP

Hi all,

I am trying to get the Apple USB Modem to work and I understand the only way to do that is installing the Bootcamp drivers in the VM

I followed instructions on another post and inserted the Leopard (came with Macbook Pro) and made sure CD/DVD was connected to VM.
The only thing that tries to load is: DVD or CD Sharing (something related to MacAir).
Does anybody know how to get the Bootcamp drivers installed in the VM?
Or what am I missing?
