Bootcamp gone! help!

I install the new beta build 3106 using existing bootcamp hard dirve with Xp on it. The connection from Parallel works fine, but when I open systen preference to boot into bootcamp, the bootcamp hard drive was gone.
Bootcamp was able to booted up before that and the hard drive is FAT32.

Any advice how I will get my bootcamp back and be able to boot XP both from Parallel and directly from Bootcamp?

I have a very similar problem where:

Parallels boots the Boot Camp FAT32 partition great, but it hangs when dual-booting during the WinXP splash screen. Even safe mode doesn't work...

Any help? It was working fine for a few days until just now...
