BootCamp on Mac Pro does not work any longer (with Beta 3150)

I updated to Paralles VM 3150 - and for the first time I was able to use Win XP professional from my BootCamp partition in Parallels. But now I cannot start Win XP any longer via BootCamp. Loading XP with BootCamp results in a freezing loading bar on XP - after a few seconds XP (without been started until the end) quits and the Mac Pro is booting again...

I urgently need help... Who's got some suggestions?
