BootCamp support for 2 or more windows partitions

I've currently got a setup where I'm triple booting Windows, OSX and Fedora 6.
Parallels beta 3 doesn't yet allow the use of more than one other partition.
 
Bootcamp partition greyed out

by creating an extra partition (fat32) to enable files to be shared between the NTFS winXP, bootcamp wont open (although XP still loads fine)
Parallels Bootcamp option is greyed out and unavailable.
Is there a way for Parallels to see the NTFS partition without having to rely on bootcamp?
