Bought the upgrade--now I find I need full version. Help!

    I am trying to upgrade from Parallels 7. I've purchased the upgrade and now discover in the upgrade policies that I need the full version because I'm not 9 or greater. Can I get credit for the purchase of the upgrade I just bought against the price of the full version? thanks

    Hi, I just made same as Denise, had ver.8 license and bought 11 Upgrade Version.
