Hi All
This is my first post, so please be patient if I'm going out of topic.
Yesterday I bought a new MacBookPro along with a brand new copy of Parallels Desktop 3.0.
I updated the Mac to Leopard (10.5.5).
I then installed the Parallels software. Everything goes fine but when I tried to run it, Parallels was
crashing all the times posting a dialog to Close/Restart the program, but it was not help me.
After checking the Parallels home site, I found an hint to update to version 5608. So I downloaded the package,
installed to software and finally I was able to run it.
Unfortunately the key received with the copy I bought doesn't activate the downloaded copy.
The result is that I can't use the purchased copy because it doesn't run at all, I can't use my key with the
downloaded update...I'm wondering if other users faced something similar how they solved.
I hope someone could help me
