Break Time (Pausenzeit) has been behaving unreliably for a long time now. It was the case with Parallels 18 and Monterey, and is now the case with Parallels 19 and Ventura. The behavior is as follows: It works with not problems first, but after some time when the pause box shows up (where one can dismiss a pause etc.), that info box will not respond to mouse clicks. This problem has been persisting for a year at least and has always caused me to stop using Pause time because it is highly disruptive to have a non-responding small window show up every hour. I think sometimes it responds after a longer waiting time. (minutes at least). There are also display glitches such as the blue button not having rounded edges, in the case where it does not respond. I am quite certain that this is not a local problem on my computer. Please post if you have encountered similar issues, and @parallels support, please first try to replicated the problem by using the app for some time, before asking me to do more troubleshooting. I will then gladly help if you cannot replicate it yourself and no other user encounters the issue my settings are: pause is every 60 minutes for 5 minutes. no sound idle counted as pause: yes don't lock screen during pauses
