Browser rollover not functioning in Full Screen Mode

I've tried both IE 7 and Firefox and the problem persists. I've rebooted. Still, rollovers do not work while Parallels is in Full Screen Mode. Yikes! What gives?

My system:
Macbook
48MB video RAM allocated to Parallels (I'm doing most things in Windows XP while at work... e.g., Photoshop, Dreamweaver, IE and just a few Safari tabs on the OS X side).
2GB RAM -- 1350 MB RAM allocated to Parallels.
1.83 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

Any ideas? Anyone else experiencing this?

What is a "browser rollover"? First I thought I read "Bowser Rollover"
