BSOD after Update from 2.2.2112 to 2.2.2204

Host is Ubuntu 7.04. Guest OS is WinXP which came with SP-2. Was running fine with VM Emulation Flag Acceleration set to high prior to the upgrade. After the upgrade, I get the WinXP desktop followed by the BSOD. WinXP clears the screen and reboots before I can read the problem. It will work with the acceleration set to normal but it is really slow. There is 1264 MB of memory available for XP.

Any reported problems with this upgrade? Any ideas?
