Bug report - Open Spaces, Crystal

I just started using Crystal vs. full screen and found an irritating bug. I use the Open Spaces feature in Snow Leopard to keep Windows apps in one space and Mac apps in another so that I can keep my work straight. Today I was working in Safari when all of a sudden something caused all of the Windows apps, including the Task Bar, to move into my Mac space. I can move the Windows apps back to their space, but I can't move the Task Bar over, it is now solidly glued to both spaces.
 
Found what cause the windows to move, but it is still a bug in Parallels.

When the Windows session times out, forcing a login, the windows apps start moving over to space #1.
