Hi,

I am new to the forum as I am unable to get any answers by mail. I reported a bug some while ago and got an email telling me that the issue changed to 'Pending Confirmation by Customer'. What does 'Pending Confirmation by Customer' this mean, and where can I see the current status of the issue?

pending confirmation by customer mean that it is delayed and has not been approved by customer. once it approved you will be informed. so stay tuned.

I also have faced this issue. they also told me about pending confirmation by customer. It took few weeks but still i did not get any other update. I want to asked that how much it will take more?
